The Danielson Framework is a set of components that teachers should try to implement in their classroom. This framework is made up of four domains: planning and preparation, classroom environment, instruction, and professional responsibilities. Under these domains are several different components. Some of these components are setting instructional outcomes, establishing a culture of learning, using assessment in instruction, and communicating with parents. These domains give teachers ideas on how to plan their lessons and improve their pedagogy. It is important for teachers to be familiar with the Danielson Framework in order to fully and effectively educate their students. The Danielson Framework breaks down teaching into elements that are simple and easy for teachers to follow. By following the framework, teachers will be able to succeed in their classroom.
